No Credit Card Fees
We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge. For our North American clients, we accept Visa, MasterCharge and American Express. For our clients in other areas of the world, we can accept only American Express cards. All cards are subject to verification.

Convenient Hours
French Caribbean Villas is located in the United States. We are open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time (11 a.m to 6 p.m. Eastern Time) Monday through Friday. We also check our voice, e-mail and fax messages outside of our standard working hours.

The best form of security is to "get it in writing". French Caribbean Villas provides you with written documents that clearly show all of the important details of your reservation.
Local Assistance in St. Barth
Our local villa management partners will meet you on arrival and escort you to your villa. If you need assistance at any time during your stay, they will be happy to assist you. Of course, you can also contact us for additional assistance if necessary.
