How to Select and Reserve Your Own Private Villa
STEP 1: Plan As Far In Advance As Possible
Private villas in St. Barth and St. Martin continue to be more popular every year. For the "peak" periods of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, as well as the month of February, villas are in very high demand. Smart travelers are making their reservations up to a year in advance to avoid having to choose from a very limited selection. The "high season" runs from mid-December to mid-April, when travelers flee colder climates to bask in the tropical sunshine. Rates are considerably lower during the rest of the year.
STEP 2: Contact Us for a List of Available Villas
Please contact us as soon as you have your preferred destination, travel dates and the number of bedrooms you will need. If you don't know your exact arrival and departure dates, you can simply give us a travel "window" (e.g. "A four bedroom villa for a week sometime between March 16 and April 1"). Our knowledgeable reservation specialists will be happy to answer all of your questions and provide you with a list of available villas. STEP 3: Choose Your Favorite Villa
Simply let us know which villa you prefer from your available options. We will reserve it for you and you will have seven days to make your deposit. Many of our clients make their flight arrangements during this seven day period. STEP 4: Confirm Your Villa
In general, the initial deposit for a villa is 30% of the total cost. This deposit must be received within seven days of your initial reservation. Your balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival. These requirements may vary for the peak holiday travel periods. You will receive written documents showing all of the details of your reservation.
We accept credit cards up to a maximum of $5,000 per reservation at no additional charge. American Express, MasterCard and Visa are accepted from our North American clients. For our clients in other countries, only American Express cards can be accepted. All other payments may be made via cashier's cheque or bank wire transfer.
STEP 5: Have A Wonderful Time on Your Villa Vacation!
Our local partners will meet you on arrival and escort you to your villa. If you need assistance at any time during your stay, they will be happy to provide it. You can also contact us if you need any additional assistance.
